Megan has been working with families in early intervention since 2006 as an independent speech therapist. She founded Building Blocks in 2011. Prior to that, she worked at the Capital Area Intermediate Unit (CAIU) with 3-5 year olds in preschool, head start, and itinerant settings. While at the CAIU, Megan designed a fluency training program for parents of children with dysfluent speech. Before working at the CAIU, Megan was the speech therapist on the brain injury unit of HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Mechanicsburg. 

Megan enjoys working with families during evaluations to find the best solutions, resources and paths for their children.
